We repair what we deem is necessary to minimalize your risk in buying a pre-owned vehicle and in an attempt to prevent costly customer out of pocket expense immediately after the purchase. With that being said, UNPREDICTABILITY should always be considered when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Extended warranties may shield the customer from such unpredictability. We offer an extended warranty option at Scott Family Motors. It is an additional cost to the customer and strictly an agreement between the warranty company and the customer, NOT Scott Family Motors. Purchasing an extended warranty supersedes our warranty. Depending on the repair facility and multiple other factors, there may be costs above the deductible that are the customers responsibility, NOT Scott Family Motors. We do NOT provide loaner vehicles, shuttle service or towing. We do NOT take extra pictures, videos or provide at home appointments or deliveries despite what multiple sites may stipulate.
